If the converter get's feeded with 128 EU (equal 51 MJ) the quarry work's for a while and then hang up. It look's like the Drill get's out of the quarry range. If I spread this 51 MJ to two quarry's everything works fine. So I expect, that the quarry get's "overclocked" and in an undefined state with the full 51 MJ. BuildCraft version: 7.99.15

So Ever since FTB came out, i've had a problem with quarries. All the buildcraft engines just dont work, they don't animate or anything. I have noticed though that after time the colours do change, from blue, to green, to orange, to red but they aren't animating or powering the quarry. The Quarry is a block added by the BuildCraft mod that automatically mines out large areas. By default, it will mine a 9×9 area of land down to bedrock, given enough time and energy. The default settings of the Quarry will occupy an area of 11x11x5 (not including the actual Quarry block itself) and excavate a 9×9 area of land.
